
LCISD Superintendents served breakfast to the entire Pirate Pride Band this morning, congratulating them on their success and wishing them luck at the State competition! Thanks to United Supermarkets for donating breakfast burritos, donuts, and juice!

West Elementary kindergarteners are exploring coding using Bee-Bots, specialized robots paid for by a grant from the Lubbock-Cooper Education Foundation! #pirateinnovation




Join LCHS Leadership Organizations and the LCHS Theatre Department for the Freakish Fallfest on Saturday, October 30, 5:00-9:00 p.m.! Admission ranges from $1-$5, and activities include a haunted house, trunk or treat, bake sale, and much more!

Fourth grade scientists at South Elementary designed their own investigative lab to determine the effects of force on objects!





Students in LCMS Spanish classes are decorating sugar skulls while learning about traditions including Día de los Muertos!




LCMS Robotics classes were challenged to build a working Lego model of the Heatherwick Bridge in London (a pedestrian bridge that rolls up/rolls out to allow pedestrians to cross water canals). Their work is impressive, and functions just like the real bridge!




The Pirate Pride Band will perform in Area prelims at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 23 at Ratliff Stadium in Odessa. Tickets are $5 at the gate (cash only). Best of luck, Pirates!


West Elementary fifth graders didn't have to travel far to take a trip to the Farmers Market!

South Pirates used a sweet Halloween treat for math and reading lessons on Candy Corn Day!
