LCHS Advanced Floral Design students presented a workshop at the U&I Conference, focusing on improving health at home through flowers! Students helped participants create a simple arrangement with basic floral design techniques!

South Elementary ESL teachers Mrs. Castillo and Mr. Olvera hosted a parent night for students and their families to meet one another, stay connected with the campus, and learn about awesome school resources!

Mrs. Schaef's anatomy classes have been learning about tissues and skin, and Mrs. O'Pry's forensics classes have been learning about crime scenes and crime scene photography. The classes combined for a spooky, Halloween-themed CTE/science lab involving wounds and tissue layers!
No tricks here, just plenty of treats! Mark your calendar for this year'sTrunk or Treat event hosted by LCHS NHS, Student Council, NTHS, HOSA, DECA, FCCLA, and Yearbook from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30!

Due to poor road conditions, LCISD buses will run on pavement and caliche roads only tomorrow, Monday, October 17. Bus riders who live on dirt roads will need alternate transportation to and from school.
